SECURITY STAFF: The Security Guards are trained.
WAGES: Our wage structure is based on prevailing minimum wage structure, in the various states and central Government areas and include statutory payments like PF, ESI etc. these rates are automatically revised as & when minimum wages are revised by the Government.
TRANSPARENCY: We deal strictly as per the government rules and regulations and all transactions are made through cheques to avoid any complication. We also undertake the responsibility of inspection, in respect of PF and ESI for the guards employed by the client.
RESPONSIBILITY: We at J.J. Effective Securement consider it our hold responsibility for the security of the premises entrusted to us. Prevention of theft or any other surveyed by our senior staff and the report is submitted to our client so that, minimum required staff is deployed. To provide the maximum security.
SUPERVISION: We have efficient team of supervisors headed by managers and operation managers to supervise the working of the guards and constant monitoring for improving in their conduct effectively through day and night checking. We have over 5000 guards on our payroll to cater the contingency of absentees / leaves.
DISASTER MANAGEMENT/CONTROL ROOM: We have a fully trained ‘Disaster Management Team’ to combat any unforeseen incident within the shortest time possible. A control duly for 24 Hour in functioning to receive the messages at our operation office. A field officer is detailed as duty officer to take prompt action.
